Delivery and Returns Information
How much does delivery cost?

Royal Mail Tracked 24 - £5.95
For international orders, the delivery cost is calculated at the checkout.
Where do we deliver?
We deliver worldwide. Please allow up to 21 working days for international deliveries to arrive. They will be sent on a tracked service, so please feel free to track using the link emailed to you in your dispatch confirmation. Please note: Duties or import taxes may be payable on postage for certain countries, and we are not liable to refund you for these.
Will I have to pay customs duties for orders to the EU?
We are IOSS registered, so for orders under €150 to EU countries, you should not have to pay customs or duties. If your order is near or above €150 we suggest making two orders so that you do not incur any customs duties or fees. Unfortunately, as for all international orders we are not liable to refund you for any customs duties or taxes that do occur.
How long does delivery take?
Once your parcel has been despatched from our warehouse, it will usually take:
Royal Mail Tracked 24: 1-2 working days
Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2-3 working days
EU: 5-7 working days
USA: 5-7 working days
AU: 7-10 working days
Rest of World: 7-10 working days
For international orders, please allow up to 21 working days for your order to arrive, orders regularly move towards the end of this timeframe and we are unable to investigate before this time has passed.
(Working days are typically Monday to Friday, excluding any Bank Holidays)
If the item is out of stock, we will endeavour to get in touch as soon as possible to inform you and give you the choice of waiting for the item to come back into stock, or choose an alternative item instead.
Which couriers do you use?
For UK deliveries we use Royal Mail, or DPD for larger orders.
For international deliveries, we use FedEx International Connect, FedEx and DHL.
What happens if my order doesn't arrive?
Although rare, sometimes a courier can get things wrong. In this case, we firstly advise waiting for a week or so, as more often than not in our experience the item will get to you, just slightly slower than normal. Sometimes, a courier will mark the tracking for the order as delivered, and then deliver it a couple of days later. If 7 working days have passed since you made an order to a UK address and it has still not arrived, please contact us and we will investigate the order for you. For international orders, please wait 21 days before getting in touch as we cannot investigate lost parcels before this time has passed.

What is the fit of Tom's Trunks?
To quote Madness, "Baggy Trousers".
If you are unsure about sizing, we would always suggest sizing up.
What size should I buy?
Our products are unisex, so please see the size graphs on the product pages for the item you are interested in, as the best size for Tom’s Trunks may not be your usual size for other clothes.
Do the Trunks have pockets?
Yes, our products have deep pockets so you can put your phone and other belongings into your Trunks. Unfortunately, we do not have pockets in our Short Shorts. We have tried to make them work, but because of the fit of the product as they are too obvious and aren’t very flattering!
Where are Tom's Trunks made?
We source our Trunks from a few partner factories, who we work very closely with. For more information, please see our sourcing page.

If the item you are looking for is out of stock, please use the form on the product page to pop your email into our in-stock notifier. If it isn't available, we suggest using a different device. We will then send you an email when the item you are looking for is back in stock.
