Delivery and Returns Information

How much does delivery cost? UK domestic delivery costs £4 for Royal Mail Tracked 48, and £6 for Royal Mail Tracked 24 postage.

Where do we deliver? We deliver worldwide. Please do allow up to 21 working days for international deliveries to arrive. They will be sent on a tracked service, so please feel free to track using the link emailed to you in your dispatch confirmation. Please note: Duties or import taxes may be payable on postage for certain countries, and we are not liable to refund you for these.

How long will delivery take? Once your parcel has been despatched from our warehouse, it will usually take:

Royal Mail Tracked 24: 1-2 working days
Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2-3 working days
EU: 5-7 working days
USA: 5-7 working days
AU: 7-10 working days
Rest of World: 7-10 working days

(Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays)

If the item is out of stock, we will endeavour to get in touch as soon as possible to inform you and give you the choice of waiting for the item to come back into stock, or choose an alternative item instead.

Which couriers do you use? For UK deliveries we use Royal Mail. For International deliveries we use FedEx International Connect, Royal Mail and DHL.

What happens if my order doesn’t arrive? Although rare, sometimes a courier can get things wrong. In this case, we firstly advise waiting for a week or so, as more often than not in our experience the item will get to you, just slightly slower than normal. Sometimes, a courier will mark the tracking for the order as delivered, and then deliver it a couple of days later. If 7 working days have passed since you made an order to a UK address and it has still not arrived, please contact us and we will investigate the order for you.

General Product Information

What is the fit of the Trunks? To quote Madness, “Baggy Trousers”.

What size should I buy? Our products are unisex, so please see the size graphs on the product pages for the item you are interested in, as the best size for Tom’s Trunks may not be your usual size?

My Trunks don’t fit me, even though I checked the size graph?! If you have just received your Trunks, this is normal! Our Trunks are not pre-shrunk in the factory as this wastes water which needn’t be. Please give your Trunks a wash and they will shrink to their true size. We will still accept returns of Trunks that have been washed for the purposes of trying on for size.

Do the Trunks have pockets? Yes, our products have deep pockets so you can put your phone into your Trunks. Our Classic Trousers and Shorts even have pocket packaging, meaning that the whole item can be inverted into one of the pockets which is amazing for travelling! Unfortunately, we do not have pockets in our Short Shorts, as they are too obvious and aren’t very flattering!

Items out of Stock

If the item you are looking for is out of stock, please use the form on the product page to pop your email into our in-stock notifier. We will then send you an email when the item you are after is back in stock.

If you order an item on backorder, it can take up to 12 weeks to arrive whilst we await new stock, however it will often be quicker than this.
