Design & Sampling Stage
Our Flipin Linen range was designed in our studio in Pimlico, London. The entire team work together to collaborate on ideas, colours, fit, construction and detail for all of our products.
The P40 Flipin' Linen range is a strong improvement on our original Flipin' Linen range, with better stitching, construction, and fit around the thigh and hip. While many companies use flax as their 'linen', our P40 linen uses proper linen (blended with GOTS certified cotton for durability and softness).
Our continuous improvement is a testament to our commitment to slow fashion and products that last the test of time.
Weaving
BCI Certified cotton is bought, weaved with linen and custom yarn dyed.
The mill has strong sustainability credentials for a large vertically integrated textile mill, with investments in Zero Liquid Discharge wastewater treatment, 13.1 MW of solar energy, biomass fuel, recycled cotton production, and reduced-impact dyeing and finishing technologies. The mill is certified to major industry standards including ISO 14001, GOTS, GRS, Oeko-Tex, Fairtrade and ZDHC, and reports strong Higg FEM and chemical management performance. It also offers a broad sustainable fibre portfolio including organic, recycled and FSC-certified materials, alongside social initiatives focused on worker safety, women’s empowerment and community development.
Our products only use azo-free dyes to reduce environmental impact.
Cut & Sew
The products are cut and sewn in two neighbouring factories in Delhi, India.
The factories have solar panels and water saving initiatives to reduce their environmental impact.
