At Tom's Trunks, we are dedicated to slow fashion. Our free Repairs Service is here to help restore your Trunks and any other clothes that you need repairing.

• Clean: Garments must be clean when brought in for repair
  
• Repairs offered: 
  We will endeavour to repair tears, holes and loose hems. We can’t accept garments with broken zips, or denim garments with missing metal buttons or rivets.
  
  We will discuss your repair with you and endeavour to get a close match to your garment, however is some cases the repair may be visible, please view this as part of the life of your garment.
  
  In some cases we may feel that the repair request is too complex. In this situation we will endeavour to advise of alternative solutions that you may wish to pursue independently.
  
• Refusal of service: 
  We reserve the right to refuse repair service if we feel the garment is too damaged, dirty, or beyond repair 
  
• Number of items:
  A maximum of 2 garments per customer may be brought in for repair
  
• Payment: Tom's Trunks garments purchased during the pop-up must be paid for and these are non returnable
  
• Collection: You will need to wait for the repair to be completed. We cannot hold onto to your repair due to space limitations.
  
• Agreement: The repair work to be undertaken will be agreed with the customer by a Tom’s Trunks retail colleague or repair expert. Customers will be asked to sign their approval before repair work can commence.

Please note that we can only hem the length of Trousers and shorts and once the item has been hemmed it is non returnable.
