Design
Our Trunks are all designed in our small studio based in the beautiful countryside of Cambridgeshire. The entire team work together to collaborate on ideas, colours, fit, construction and detail for all product launches.
The hemp range took over a year to complete, from designing, sampling and manufacturing.
Farming
Hemp was first converted from plants to fabric in the ancient China. The fabric holds an important status in China's long history of farming fibre crops, producing about 70% of the world's output of hemp.
Heilongjiang Province is become the largest and most suitable area for planting hemp in China. The area has large areas of flat, cultivated land which provides ideal conditions for growing hemp.

Founded in 1997, Shanxi now has over 2000 employees and many advanced textile machines to process hemp, and organic cotton and linen. The factory is GOTs and Oeko-Tex certified.

Once the yarn has been spun, it is transported to Shandong - whereby it gets dyed and weaved into our specific fabrics. The fabric is pressed and rolled.
Cut & Sew
Cross of Shuhui Road and Tianqing Road, Qingdao City, Shandong Province, China
The fabric is cut into patterns and sewn together. Then, finishing processes include trimming, labeling, quality control checks, and packing.

Machine wash at 30 Degrees celsius or below, on a regular cycle.
Hang to air dry. Avoid direct sunlight, and never tumble dry.
Iron reversed on medium-high heat.
We recommend rolling instead of folding to help reduce wrinkles!
