Our commitment.

Tom’s Trunks is committed to operating in a just, equitable, diverse, and inclusive way. We believe that every person deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, and that businesses have a responsibility to actively dismantle — not just avoid — the barriers that prevent people from participating fully in economic and social life.

This commitment applies across everything we do: how we hire and support our team, how we work with suppliers, how we design and market our products, and how we show up in our wider community.

We recognise that systemic inequalities exist and that good intentions are not enough. We are committed to taking deliberate, specific action — and to being honest about where we fall short.

What this means in practice.

Our team

We are committed to creating a workplace where everyone belongs. This includes fair and inclusive hiring practices, equitable pay, and a suite of leave policies that reflect the real diversity of our team members’ lives — including adoption leave, shared parental leave, parental bereavement leave, compassionate leave, flexible working, and time off for dependants.

Our products, marketing, and customers

We make clothing for everybody. We are committed to ensuring our products are designed and marketed in a way that is accessible, representative, and welcoming to people of all backgrounds, body types, and identities. We hold the same standard in how we treat every customer — with fairness and respect — and we listen and respond when our products, marketing, or service fall short of it.

Our supply chain

We work with suppliers and partners who share our values. We are committed to understanding and improving the conditions for the people who make our products, and to using our relationships with suppliers to advance fair and equitable practices.

Our community

We use our platform and partnerships to contribute to a more equitable world beyond our own operations. This includes our collaboration with Kickstart Coffee to provide clothing to communities in Uganda, supporting girls’ access to sport and children’s access to education.

Accountability.

Tom Holmes, Founder and Director, is accountable for Tom’s Trunks’ JEDI commitments and for ensuring they are reflected in our policies, practices, and decisions.

We will review our JEDI commitments and actions annually, use data and stakeholder feedback to guide our priorities, and report on our progress as part of our B Corp recertification cycle.

Our actions.

As part of our B Corp certification under the 2025 B Lab Standards, Tom’s Trunks has committed to the following JEDI actions:

Year 0 (2026)

●      Publishing this public JEDI commitment statement (JEDI2.a)

●      Implementing inclusive hiring practices across our recruitment process (JEDI2.g)

●      Providing fully paid leave beyond statutory minimums under three categories — Gender Affirmation Leave, Religious or Cultural Leave, and Personal Leave — as a documented JEDI action (JEDI2.k)

Year 3

●      Participating in a collective community initiative to advance JEDI principles, through our partnership with Kickstart Coffee supporting girls’ access to sport and children’s access to education in Uganda (JEDI2.s)

We are committed to adding further actions at Year 3 and Year 5 as we grow and as we better understand where we can improve.

This statement is published in accordance with JEDI2.a of the B Corp 2025 B Lab Standards. It will be reviewed annually and updated to reflect our progress.
