At Tom's Trunks, we are dedicated to slow fashion. Our free Repairs Service is here to help restore your Trunks so you can continue to enjoy them for years to come.

Key Points:
Alterations: The size and shape of the products may change slightly based on the required fault and repair process.
Patches: May be used as needed during repairs.
Pre-approval: Items must be washed and pre-approved with a photo before being posted to us.

Repair Terms & Conditions:
Photo Submission: Send a photo of your item for repair before making any payment.

Cleanliness: Ensure the item is washed, clean, and dry.

Repair Limit: Only one repair per order is allowed.(if multiple repairs could be subject to additional cost) 

Shipping: Use the shipping label provided to you to send your item.

Note Requirement: Include a note in your package with:
Your name
Return address
Phone number
Details of what you would like to have repaired

Approval Needed: Your repair must be approved before you make a purchase.

Contact: We may need to call or email you to discuss the repair and the best way to proceed.

Compliance: Failure to comply with our repair terms & conditions may result in the order being cancelled and returned at the customer's cost.

All of our products are unisex so please check the size graph before buying as your Tom's Trunks size may be different to other brands. If in doubt, we suggest sizing up.
