Alterations: The size and shape of the products may change slightly based on the required fault and repair process.
Patches: May be used as needed during repairs.
Pre-approval: Items must be washed and pre-approved with a photo before being posted to us.
Repair Terms & Conditions:
Photo Submission: Send a photo of your item for repair before making any payment.
Cleanliness: Ensure the item is washed, clean, and dry.
Repair Limit: Only one repair per order is allowed.(if multiple repairs could be subject to being returned to the customer)
Shipping: Use the shipping label provided to you to send your item.
Note Requirement: Include a note in your package with:
Your name
Return address
Phone number
Details of what you would like to have repaired
Approval Needed: Your repair must be approved before you make a purchase.
Contact: We may need to call or email you to discuss the repair and the best way to proceed.
Compliance: Failure to comply with our repair terms & conditions may result in the order being cancelled and returned at the customer's cost.
