Delivery & Returns
At the checkout you can choose from Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1-2 working days) or Tracked 48 (2-3 working days). Please note we aim for but cannot guarantee same day dispatch if ordered before 6PM.
For international customers we deliver worldwide via FedEx International Connect, Royal Mail and DHL. Delivery costs and times can be found on our FAQs page for specific regions. Duties or Import VAT may be payable on delivery.
We offer refunds or exchanges for products bought online please see our returns policy here.
Just a heads up, if you are exchanging for a smaller size please wash the item first. Due to the nature of our natural cotton, they will shrink slightly (approx. 2 inches) on the first wash. We accept returns of items that have been washed once so the item reaches its true size (see return conditions).
