4. OUR STANCE ON THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES

We use five third-parties to enhance your experience with us and complete your business with us. These are:

1) Omnisend :A marketing automation platform and email marketing service.

2) Google Drive: a file storage and synchronisation service developed by Google (use of encrypted files to ensure privacy).

3) Royal Mail: A postal service used to process and deliver any online orders.

4) Google Ads and Analytics: For anonymised analytics so we can optimise the website experience for you

5) James & James Fulfilment: Award-winning fulfilment platform, with global locations.

Your personal data is used for business and contractual purposes, and you will be immediately informed of any breach of your privacy rights facilitated by our relationship with these services. We do not sell any of your data to any of these services. If you object to the use of any of these parties, please terminate your business with us immediately.

5. HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION FOR

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting or other legal requirements).
