We are sorry that you did not get the right size or the product was not how you anticipated.

Just a heads up, if you are exchanging for a smaller size please wash the item first. Due to the nature of our natural cotton, they will shrink slightly (approx. 2 inches) on the first wash. We will still accept returns if items have been washed once to get to their true size.

All goods must be unused and in the condition (free from makeup and any scent incl. deodorant, perfume etc.) and packaging in which they arrived to you to qualify for an exchange/refund. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return. Proof of purchase required for a return.

Please allow up to 10 working days from the date we receive your product(s) for your refund to be processed.

We do not accept returns on "Pre-Loved" or marked down/sale items. Items bought outside of the UK are only eligible for refunds, not exchanges. You will have to cover the return postage as well as any customs fees payable.
