We are sorry that you did not get the right size or the product was not how you anticipated.
Just a heads up, if you are exchanging for a smaller size please wash the item first. Due to the nature of our natural cotton, they will shrink slightly (approx. 2 inches) on the first wash. We will still accept returns if items have been washed once to get to their true size.

Return Postage

We recommend using Royal Mail Tracked 48 services for return postage. It only costs from £2.85, is insured and they will even collect from your door.

Returns Policy

All goods must be unused and in the condition in which they arrived to you to qualify for an exchange/refund.
You have 30 days from the date of the purchase to return.
Proof of purchase required for a return.

Please allow up to 10 working days from the date we receive your product(s) for your refund to be processed.

Return Condition
All products must be returned:

– Unworn
– All tags attached with original packaging
– Free from make up and any scent (including deodorant, perfume or washing powder)

We do not accept returns on the following items:
– Marked down/sale items

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you think you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please send clear images and specific detail of the issues to hello@tomstrunks.com. If we deem your item to be eligible, we will refund you the cost of your return postage to us.

We are happy to replace/refund goods in the case of a manufacturing fault. Tom’s Trunks does not accept returns on items damaged by general wear and tear. Tom’s Trunks reserves the right to determine a genuine fault in the clothing. If an item is deemed as having manufactured damage/fault, you will not incur any additional costs and will be offered a replacement item or a refund/gift certificate.
If goods are considered damaged in transit, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product, you then have 14 days to return the product to us, alongside proof of purchase and returns slip to issue a full refund.

Exchanges

If exchanging an item, the price must match that of the item purchased when you bought it. If the item chosen is out of stock the replacment order will be placed on backorder.
If you wish to exchange for an item of a different price, your item must first be returned and a refund issued and a new order should be placed.

Goods should be returned by registered post only. We cannot be held responsible for the postage of your return back to us.
You will need proof of postage if the returned parcel is lost and you need to make a claim to your carrier.

Refunds

Refunds are eligible for full priced items within 30 days of receiving your good. We will not refund the initial delivery charge out to you, only the price of the product.
Please note: Refunds are not eligible for sale items.
Payments can take up to 10 days to clear accounts.
