Design
Our Trunks are all designed in our small studio based in the beautiful countryside of Cambridgeshire. The entire team work together to collaborate on ideas, colours, fit, construction and detail for all product launches.
The hemp range took over a year to complete, from designing, sampling and manufacturing.
Weaving

Once the yarn has been spun, it is transported to Shandong - whereby it gets dyed and weaved into our specific fabrics. The fabric is pressed and rolled.
Cut & Sew
Cross of Shuhui Road and Tianqing Road, Qingdao City, Shandong Province, China
The fabric is cut into patterns and sewn together. Then, finishing processes include trimming, labeling, quality control checks, and packing.

Washing & Care
Machine wash at 30 degrees celsius or cooler on a delicate cycle.
Hang to air dry. Product can be tumble dried on low heat, but we suggest air drying to reduce energy use and avoid shrinkage.
Iron on medium-high heat.
When packing, we recommend rolling instead of folding to help reduce wrinkles!
Circularity
If your Trunks have become damaged, we will repair them for free, you just need to cover shipping! Email us at hello@tomstrunks.com with your repair request.
