I order trousers for my son's birthday - you said 2 to 3 days delivery. It's now 12 days and they haven't arrived. On my account it says that they have not been delivered. Yet you keep sending me emails asking me how I am enjoying my purchase. A call to your Customer Services was not picked up and hasn't been returned.

Very comfortable and had lots of useful pockets. I like the different lengths for each size, if anything a tad long but they roll up really well and actually stay rolled up and dont fall down so its absolutely fine. Comfy waistband and the colour is really nice.
